1. About us

Pastuzos Clothing Limited (company number 17140739) ("we", "us") operates pastuzos.com. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is a request to buy. We accept it, and a contract is formed, when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — not when you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is mispriced or out of stock; if we've already taken payment, we'll refund it in full.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers — we never see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Your right to cancel (UK/EU customers)

If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. See our Shipping & Returns page for how to start a return.

6. Product descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can, including material, fit, and care. Colours may vary slightly by screen. Small-batch production means minor variation between individual pieces is normal, not a fault.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including photography, text, and the Pastuzos name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

8. Liability

We're liable for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence, up to the value of your order. We don't exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
